Here's how it works:

1. You will be asked for the type of account and the account number, so have the account number handy!

2. You will then be asked for a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Initially, you will enter the last four digits of the Social Security Number of the first-named party on the account. You must then select and enter a secret four-digit PIN of your own choosing - one that you will remember. You then will be given information about your account.

3. Each account you have with the bank will require the establishment of a PIN. You may choose the same PIN for all accounts, or have a different one for each account.
