There is NO monthly fee for's FREE... and you may use your Check Card wherever VISA is accepted.  Your purchases are deducted directly from your Reliance Bank checking account, and you'll also receive a receipt for easy record keeping.

Tracking your expenses will be easier too, because your monthly checking account statement will detail the amount of your purchase, along with the merchant's name and location -- much more than you receive from writing a check!

As an added feature, Reliance is participating in the UChoose Rewards Program. What this means is that every time you use your Visa Check Card, you will receive 1 point for each $4 spent. Lost/Stolen Card??? In the event Cards are lost or stolen, you should contact the Bank immediately. If a monthly statement shows unauthorized transactions, notification must be made within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed. Calls during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) and business days (Monday - Friday) should be made to (814) 949-6255 or 800-570-0876. Calls after normal business hours (5 PM - 9 AM) or on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday or Holidays) should be made to Fiserv EFT at 1-800-554-8969 followed by written notification to Reliance Bank, 1119 Twelfth Street, Altoona PA. 16601, ATTN: Deposit Operations.
